Refund Policy

In the event that you demand refund either because it is faulty product/service or non working of any of our services/product, please email us at Support@Adorn-India.com to register your case. Please include your original order number within the email. In each case, however, we will respond to your individual circumstances with the aim of achieving a mutually acceptable resolution.

Refunds will be made to the same credit card (or tender type) that was charged for the original purchase.

If a product is returned for any reason other than it being faulty or not as described, the customer is liable for postage.

If the product is faulty a new copy will be supplied.

Exchanges or returns of software products will only be accepted in sealed, unopened packaging, except where the product is found to be faulty.

Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 working days.
